Meet Jerry Franklin Poe
Jerry Franklin Poe is a published author, keynote speaker, certified facilitator and coach. Over the last 19 years Jerry has inspired audiences and cultivated teamwork within organizations through the DISC communication model.
Jerry grew up in a small town in eastern PA (Avondale, PA). He attended the University of Delaware, where he studied Leadership & Consumer Economics. While he was in college, Jerry was introduced to the power of entrepreneurship and got started in business for himself at the age of 21. Through the course of building his business, he became curious about why some people fail while other succeed. Jerry began to study and master the mindset of success, leadership, team building, sales, and marketing. As a result, Jerry was able to create a sales organization nationwide.
As a highly sought after facilitator, Jerry has delivered over 2,100 empowering presentations to companies and organizations throughout 45 states in the U.S., 5 provinces in Canada, & Puerto Rico. The list of clients he has worked with include DOW Chemical, Rutgers University, NBC Universal, Pfizer, Princeton University, the U.S. Navy, and many more. Jerry uses real-life experiences, stories, and analogies to educate, equip, encourage, and entertain his audience.
Jerry turned his passion for professional growth and development into a life mission of teaching individuals and organizations how to maximize their potential and realize their career purpose. With the last name Poe, he believes his family name stands for “People of Empowerment”. As a family man and girl dad, Jerry says his greatest accomplishment is cultivating an amazing relationship with his wife, Corrin, and together raising their two brilliant daughters, Laila and JaiLyn.
